I'm sure we'll never know but it's also taking a toll on Americans. The incredible cost of these 'wars' reduces resources back home. Maybe it will take a really serious slowdown in the housing market for Americans to take serious note of these issues. Since wages aren't growing against inflation, if Americans feel less secure because their houses aren't appreciating any longer (or depreciating --- hope not) will they wake the heck up? Let's hope so. Time's getting really short here. It's hard to believe but India has as many people in their 'middle class' as we have people. Gee.
