Do all the predominantly Muslim countries have to accept all the trappings of Western culture? Not going to happen, and frankly it would be a pretty boring world if all countries became suburbs of the US. Again assuming that were true, the only two outcomes of the "war" would be one side killing most all of the other, or a truce. I guess Christian tolerance has pretty much gone out the window.
