As for the military being too small, has the chimp Caesar or Rumsfeld made ANY attempt to make it bigger? That's the decision of the Congress, not the SecDef. What Rumsfeld has been doing is downsizing the other non-infantry services, and adding "slots" to the Army and Marines. Btw, you toss that mercenary term around very loosely, now don't you... Is it because you read too much SOF when you were young, dumb, and full of *** and have found memories of the time when you possessed a bit of testosterone?? You want to talk to me.. Then take a trip to Iraq and spend a year over there.. Hell, spend 6 months over there... And then come back and talk to me about "mercenaries".. Hawk
