My claim is that Conroe isn't choked here because overall the benchmarks don't appear to be particularily bandwidth dependent. FX-60 is at a minor disadvantage with DDR-400, but Conroe should still have a large performance lead even if the FX-60 was running 3-3-3 DDR-533 and the Conroe running 3-3-3 DDR2-533.
