A moralist, in my mind, is someone whose rigid view of right and wrong sways them into making judgements and decisions that are occasionally unjust and inhumane.

Yes, I advocate education and condoms for those that cannot or will not follow your narrow view of morality. I do not wish to condemn those people to an early death because they don't follow your moral code. You are certainly free to hold your view that these people are sinners and being judged; however, you are not free to impose that view to the point of it affecting the rest of us from helping those people in need.
