No one is stopping you from using your own money to buy condoms for these people. That's not at all what you are advocating. What you want is to tax the majority of Americans who oppose your scheme and use our dollars to advance your own "moral" agenda. I've never heard anyone propose legislation that would make it illegal for private parties to distribute free condoms to families or individuals.
That is not the proposal. What you want is to force your immoral "morality" on American taxpayers who oppose your scheme.
