Was your time frame wrong? Do/did you have a time frame? What exactly would make you wrong about Iraq?

It used to a be a relatively poor but functioning country, now it is competitive for the worst hellhole on earth.

What is your definition of right about Iraq.

Tim, what is going to take for you to see reality? The insurgents took out the top general in Iraq two days ago. Shiites are killing Sunnis; Sunnis are killing Shia. They are finding dead bodies everywhere. The Prime Minister can't even get the Parliament to convene. Meanwhile the electricity is on only 4 hours per day.

If you think that Iraq is on a slight positive trend, then you need to see a therapist.
