The constitution isn't "all about prohibiting presidents from being too powerful". It gives powers to different branches of government, but its not ALL about that either. As for accountability Bush is as accountable as other presidents. It's also about individual rights. Bushies trample on all of the above. How? Please be specific. I know this isn't all black and white Your presenting it as all black and white. With Bush being "black". You just aren't being very specific about why. Tim
