Possibly, but not by any significant amount. The difference between the races on this and many other things are far smaller then the differences within each race.

Yes racism is negative and irrational and institutional racism is a very bad thing.

None of which supports the nonsense that you have been posting. The NRA is not a bastion of institutional racism (or non-institutional for that matter).

As I said before there is far greater historical connection between gun control laws and racism then there is between the NRA and racism.

AS, I have no problems with people owning guns, but I do have a problem with far rightwing radical groups amassing arsenals and spreading paranoid fantasies about Helter Skelter, murderous black looters and jack-booted liberal thugs.

Funny you should bring up the L.A. riots, because I recall Korean-American business owners arming themselves and defending their own stores. The LAPD were of no help; they were too busy making sure the riots didn't spread to nearby Beverly Hills.

Sometimes the 2nd amendment is a good thing.
