Hi thaidiamond . After going through what you presented I conclude that VRB should have done a few things differently. They should not have a web site for one and should only put out rumor about their technology...whisper..and innuendo will eventually get much attention.<gg>Taking on some very high profile people will help also, to drum up mystique..ssshhh mum"s the word as in EESTor.

No, the warning signs for EESTor are, no web site, no interviews, no feed back to anyone that asks and no prototype. We know about high profile people being on board of directors or involved with a company ...they are GREED driven like the rest of us ..but more so!
We will watch them though, it sounds like they will be looking for money soon so maybe they think the SSSHH campaign will be in their favour to suck in the masses.

Here is the abstract from Canadian Patents Database...now this is abstract no wonder they can't produce a prototype.

"An electrical-energy-storage unit (EESU) has as a basis material a high-permittivity composition-modified barium titanate ceramic powder. This powder is double coated with the first coating being aluminum oxide and the second coating calcium magnesium aluminosilicate glass. The components of the EESU are manufactured with the use of classical ceramic fabrication techniques which include screen printing alternating multilayers of nickel electrodes and highpermittivitiy composition-modified barium titanate powder; sintering to a closed-pore porous body, followed by hot-isostatic pressing to a void-free body. The components are configured into a multilayer array with the use of a solderbump technique as the enabling technology so as to provide a parallel configuration of components that has the capability to store electrical energy in the range of 52 kW.cndot.h. The total weight of an EESU with this range of electrical energy storage is about 336 pounds.,,,,,,..
