Yes, nuclear proliferation is the topic of our time. We must somehow close this Pandora's Box. Enter into some sort of international treaty that says something like: if you don't have 'em, you can't have 'em. Unfortunately, don't know how it would be enforced. Tough problem. It would help if we could form a single voice, maybe all the present day nuke holders. Could the old deterrence model work? If we find you have a nuke, we will, out of self preservation, nuke that nuke? Might work with reasonable opponents, but today's radicals seem bent on dying for their causes.
