What is the NOL? Of the 11 BV what is it after-tax or after accruing tax at the 11 BV?

I have owned, traded and followed ICGE for several years BUT consider ICGE as a CEF, rather than a GOOG or operating company !
Since many, if not most, equity CEF's sell at 12-16% discounts to their NAV's, ICGE seems just only slightly undervalued at 8.88 ( and I have been a modest buyer under 9 and a seller @ 9.50 ). If NAV is estimated @ $11, $8.88 represents a 19% discount. (I personally think that NAV @ 11 is a bit conservative evaluation of their book value by management (?) )
Do your own DUE DILIGENCE on ICGE, please !
I would be interested in any estimates from others of the ICGE portfolio value and NAV (and, if any, the rationale).
