This is only my opinion, of course, but I'm not certain that this is a larger problem for Israel then it is for the rest of the world. Israel is already accustomed to living in a life and death standoff with Arabs and Iran. So, a nuclear standoff would not change things in principle - it would just bring things up a notch. For the rest of the world the change might be more profound -- a New nuclear Mutual Assured Destruction balance, but this time not with the "sane" Stalin and Brezhnev, but with rather nutty mystics and mullah's....
