All religious extremism is similar to a mental illness. Sort of brainwashing. Also a hard addiction to quit. And as we have seen religious extremism of many kinds, not just Islam, leads to evil deeds. Islam may be the worst, but don't give a pass to the Eric Rudolph types.

I assume you're being facetious. As in, all religions are a mental illness. If not, why choose only Islam? Christianity has its share of, well, wackiness, corruption, and brutal history.

Hell of a link from LB's thread:

billmillan.blogspot.com

Will switch3.castup.net work?, or maybe you need to go to the blogspot page to listen.

Ayn Rand Lives!

That's what I thought when I watched this Tape of Wafa Sultan. The vehemence and clarity of thought was like watching a presentation by Ayn. Don't miss it!

Anyway, maybe there's hope for Islamists from within.
