The Taliban are responsible for Al Qaeda's acts because they have a similar ideology? No, because they harbored AQ, gave it aid and assistance. And refused to turn OBL over when we demanded they do so after 9/11. Seems rather obvious to me, don't know why you have to ask such a question.
