Some terrorist money was funneled through their banks, I don't think that constitutes funding terrorists. They've also been our staunchest allie in the fight against terror among ME countries. At any rate, it's done. I'm sure the Euro's are thrilled because all of the ME oil money will be going there for investment versus here we can be sure. I just hope the rest of the world doesn't start fearing their investments in the US are dependent on the whims of the politicians and press. Otherwise Perot's giant sucking sound will be the sound of foreign money fleeing the US and the US economy collapsing.
