Thanks Dabum! You add an interesting/valuable tool to the quiver regarding 'seeing' the chart as the market does, when you note that 6 weeks of bulls were now on the losing side. I note that Elder talks a lot about what the crowd is doing while he describes TA. I think I need to learn to 'see' the chart that way instead of this indicators says buy, that ones says sell, etc.

Now not to be a wise guy, but if the NBR pain seems highly probable then would that have been a good place to take a short position? I have this notion that to be a successful trader one needs to trade both ways. Maybe that is another myth I need to dispel.

Dabum, any thoughts on a PTEN target? 28.75? Would you enter this as a long trade based on the pattern and today's action, or would you wait until tomorrow for confirmation? TIA.
