I work for a company that also did a private placement recently, but it was much higher than the market price. Who would be stupid enough to pay more than the market price? This sounds completely made up. What company is this, so I can check out the press release?

PP on fast moving stock will always disappoint.. just a matter of degree.. I thought they could have done this deal better with a higher price but it would still have been lower then the market price.. Check out BWNG and their private placement.. Price difference there was much bigger.. However, for what ever reason, BWNG was not impacted at that time..
