It is amazing how angry and defensive the pro-Bush crowd has become, after 5 years of mowing down anyone who dared to question the party line. And they seem to think that attacking critics will change the direction of the polls.

Personally, I don't see how Bush ever climbs out of this credibility hole. I can't recall a president under 40% who ever did.

The question I have is that has Bush's approval fallen beyond a point to where the American public is ready to vote Democratic "no matter what."

My favourite part on that poll (S2 sent me a link) was the list of words most commonly used to describe Bush...
Feb 2005: Honest, good, integrity, arrogant
March 2006: Incompetent, good, idiot, liar

(and I was amused also that Ass and Jerk snuck in there with lower numbers).
