It is amazing how angry and defensive the pro-Bush crowd has become...

I have seen several different articles, perhaps some posted here, whose authors postulate that GWB is more of a messianic figure than a politician, to his hard-core base.

The anger of his "disciples" becomes understandable when viewed as such.

Yesterday went for a drive in the country with the DH. To be nice I let him listen to Hannity instead of NPR. (My car.)

After a couple of hours listening to callers telling him, "Sean, you're a great American!" I wanted to shoot the radio! (My radio.)

And then, all they wanted to talk about is "The Liberals."

There is something about repetition they seem to find soothing.
