It wasn't Zeev who offered this to you, was it?

BTW to even be offering this to you the person doing the offering has to make sure you are a qualified investor first.

Well I was just kidding

Ron wasn't being disingenuous towards Grace and Grace wasn't trying to juice anyone, so your response was mistaken. Don't try to run away from responsibility for your actions.

but you do have a very good memory for things you have recently said.

On this thread you will find that that's critical. Practice it and practice taking responsibility for yourself by reading what others say closely and by addressing what they say objectively. That means taking their words without implied intonations or imagined body language that fits a diatribe. That kind of routine is common on most SI threads, but won't be tolerated here. You have to be smart, sharp, objective, knowledgeable to post here.

I recently was offered a private placement in a PRIVATE company.

You shouldn't take it. I'm a pro in this biz and I know you're not sufficiently sophisticated to get involved with privates.

Proof:

In the past, for public companies I at least have the SEC filings to check out to see what other questions need answering etc. Anyone have advice as to what documentation is customary for this kind of situation.

BTW...even though I am looking at it I imagine the odds of it being worthwhile are 10% at best.

What is it?
