"Not much of a 'topic change'" I would say that using international law to interpret our Constitution (the point of my post) is quite different than the Shiavo case (which did not have an international element). "What was 'dishonest'??????????????????" Pinning a position on me that someone other than me had on the Shiavo case. Seems dishonest. You basically told me what my position is on that. You can call that honest if you want. Would not even surprise me if you think it is honest to tell someone what their position is.
