Your question is identical to a question such as: Do you believe the rights of blondes are not protected by the Constitution? Your question shows me that you don't understand the meaning of that phrase I referenced to you earlier... everyone's rights are protected, of course, unless they're preaching the overthrow of our government... after all, free speech doesn't mean you can yell "FIRE!!!" in a theater or claim that you have a bomb while riding on public transportation... equal rights comes with equal responsibilities... so if you would like to rephrase your question regarding atheists, go ahead, but as you phrase it, it seems irrelevant...
