re: You don't really understand soldiers. They may think the mission is wrong, but they still have loyalty to their comrades and country. Guys that have lost a couple of limbs feel guilty because they can't return to help their buddies.

Believe what ever you want about the poll. It's obvious to everyone except the most partisan that Iraq was a huge mistake. You will admit that some day... this evening isn't a bad time.

I don't think its obvious at all.

OK, it's time for your nuance. What is good (for the US) about Iraq?

I don't think its obvious at all.

Its obvious to this guy.....the former Spc. Brandon Powell. The name of the article is "Trapped between Life and Death".......and that's the truth......he's 21 and confined to a wheel chair for the rest of his life. He has to endure the embarrassment of being bathed daily by someone else. His teenage brother has to pick him up and down to get him out of his motorized chair. Be sure you click on the link so you can see exactly how that looks. He has to endure now at 21 what I am terrified will happen to me in my old age........become an invalid totally dependent on those around them. He will never run again, never walk again, never be able to have sex......probably won't get married. He has at least 50 years to realize what he has lost.

For what? So Mr. Bush can get a job in the oil industry when he finishes his presidency? So every American can drive an SUV without worrying about the price of gas? So we can show the Arabs whose boss?

Let me tell you..........I am hoping the tide turns in this country, and if it does, I will do everything in my power to make sure the GOP restructures its ass and gets with the program, or gets put out of power permanently. Its the party of the sick, the corrupted and the damned!
