Yes, this would seem to be the case... Looking at SPY, the bearish read would be a series of 1's and 2's off the March 16 top. One thing I would not like to see in this case, is downside impulses getting taken out. Yesterday's high is important now... but if the top of March 21 is taken out, that would mean that I am late to the long side.

So far, 130 seems to be failing today - and that was a nice recent S/R level.
