Kumar, don't be silly. That business about equal before God and "hold this to be self-evident" didn't include the melanin-rich slaves from Niger or wherever they came, or even if born in the USA. Same with no taxation without representation. That's just a slogan. I pay taxes in the USA [lots more than in NZ] but get no vote.

If a US citizen lives in another country, is that US citizen able to vote in the country they live in? (assuming they do not carry dual citizenship....)
