Hey man the numbers of their natural predators are prolly way down for whatever reason, polar bears, killer whales and so on (I am assuming killer whales) since we humans kill most everything in our paths so it only stands to reason that since their is an imbalance in seal numbers we have to kill more of them now too <ng>
