Oral, The government, regardless of party in control, doesn't give a damn about what is fair, or legal, for that matter.

Only the government can do what would be illegal done by anyone else. The Social Security system is so bankrupt that total reform is almost impossible. The cost to fix it grows each day we ignore the problem.
