As I've said before, I fail to understand why you fail to understand. ;-) I gather you have the same problem. Indeed. Sigh. Looks as if we'll just have to disagree about our misunderstanding. I find it fascinating and inexplicable how easily you brush things off as a "disagreement" as a substitute for answering the question. I suspect we've done this to the limit. I agree that you and I have. Fortunately, E understood and answered my question so I am satisfied on the subject if still scratching my head over your reaction to it.
