Thas what I'm talking about. It sure beats what we got going now. I heard this dude interviewed yesterday while waiting at the vet's on the Laura Ingraham radio show though she was on vacation. He was like trying to eliminate the middle man on the transfer payments. The argument against it seems to be that the young folks going to blow it all on drugs and hookers with nothing to show later like it is now. He said when the old lady asking the pimp for the rent money, today he denys he got any, while in his scenario, she say "I know you gots 1K comin this month and I knows where it is , sucka"
