re: The current party in power is in a sandwiched situation. Voted out by the dems or their own party...depending on where they eventually come down on the immigration issue. Bush has blown it. Frankly, I can't figure out why the Reps close to make it an issue RIGHT NOW, before the mid-terms. They are starting to remind me of Democrats.
