The above is the major course of action that needs to take place. I have witnessed, first hand, the fraud of doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, ambulance companies, and many other types of providers, during the 7 years my Mother was institutionalized with Alzheimer. Those were the issues I tried to make clear to the fraud division of Medicare, and they could not have cared less. Now, since there has been some effort to lower the burden on Medicare, doctors are just refusing to treat Medicare patients. That means that the Hippocratic oath has gone out the window like so many other things that have been a boon to society.
