I'm curious John, is there an operating company here? I've been reading around and see nothing except they were in oil & gas and did own some Frulatti restaurants ...

Have I missed something?

This from Hoovers.com:

Business isn't all Greek to GFY Foods, just some of it. The company operates three Frullati Cafe franchises in Illinois and Indiana and a World Wide Cafe in Illinois. Currently all four locations are inside health clubs, like World Gym in Illinois. The company is also establishing a catering subsidiary that will serve businesses and families in the Chicago area. Formerly operating as F10 Oil & Gas Properties, the company once focused on buying small wells. It left that business, however, and in January 2004 acquired and took the name of GFY Foods. In August of that year it agreed to acquire Dionysus, a Greek restaurant in Illinois. Chairman Ed Schwalb owns nearly 75% of the company.

But, that was last updated in 2004.
