Why Record (RCD.AX) at this juncture? Haven't heard of it before... What happens to it in the coming financial collapse? :)

Hello Pezz, Today's Report:

Still giddy from bagging an as yet unrealized gain Message 22429970 from Blackrock, I decided to book a phantom gain from Newcrest Message 22308644 at AUD 23.41, netting 2.7 pitiful % (the gain looked larger, at around 10%, when viewed on my MS Money, because the program's base currency was set at USD).

Of course, had I set the base currency on Zimbabwe Dollars, the phantom gain would have still been phantom, but astronomically larger.

Magic of exchange rates.

But since I am not converting out of AUD, the gain is in fact 2.7% ;0/

I got rid of Newcrest not because I do not believe we are not yet in Phase II of gold bull (where gold price rises in all currencies), but because of risk exposure for what I did last night and may do tonight.

BTW, I have also completed this Message 22408626 secret accumulation program, and the symbol is finance.yahoo.com . It appears that the minute I stop buying is the moment it starts retreating ;0/ Any how, I disabled its symbol so that I do not update its price automatically. I find denying reality is useful to maintain a LTBH stance on certain wagers.

Chugs, J

Hello Pezz, Today's Report:

I bought a tranche of Maurel ET PROM on Paris Exchange finance.yahoo.com at EUR 18.8575/shr

You are correct, you have heard of this beast before:
Sold Message 21160564 at Euro 16.6 on March 23rd, 2005
Bought Message 20531726 at Euro 11.56 on Sept 16th, 2004

I think it will (a) go higher, now that it has had a sufficiently restful nap, (b) it may find more good oil in the wilds of Africa, and (c) it will be hunt bait for the Chinese and Indian state oil companies.

BTW, I had posted the following to myself earlier, and so I append same to you, for the copy book:
