Iraq was not containable because of the euros and the ruskys and Kofi-son bs. I am sure some US corporations and indivduals were involved as well. It could have been containable if they didnt aid and abet.

Contained enough for me. If you have been reading the reports of documents recently released you will notice Saddam AND his staff talking about having no WMD programs active- they had destroyed the WMD's. WMD program improvements to programs that were no longer active? I don't think so. If any evidence of any of these programs existed Mr. Bush would have wrapped himself in it and danced on the White House lawn. Saddam may have been bribing people, and he may have been siphoning money, but a danger to the US he was not at the time we invaded, and a danger to his neighbors he was not at the time we invaded(imo)- that is contained, as far as I'm concerned.
