I thought you must have been talking about the FA. I said it probably didn't apply. Why are you puzzled about that?

Bad guidelines on what and what not to publish.

I consider the Sudanese government possibly genocidal, which is worse than merely criminal.

Helping it bolster its image is not something a formerly great newspaper should do, regardless of the fact that it is merely publishing an "advertisement."
