Note to my friends! A good business person would be aware that no one was answering phones and fulfilling orders. He would stop the world and correct that pronto! I am not saying that the CEO should answer the phone, but you would have someone taking those orders and responding to customers or potential customers. The day you are so "busy" that you forget the entire culmination of all your efforts is giving birth to a sell. That is the last place you want to drop the ball. Concede this point and get over your egos. Please!!!! Is there anyone on this board that thinks that is exceptable. If so, you are not being honest. And if you do, you obviously, have never been in retail, successfully. It is not an option for long term success. And the comment about a $6 hour monkey ... shame shame! Those people are part of the reputation and success of your company. You should evaluate your attitudes.
