Genuinely sad. I love the stuff. But I've been directed away from it for years. Just have to eat it very rarely.

Actually barbecue is low temperature, "low and slow", using indirect heat. Grilling is high temperature, using direct heat. The use of "barbecue" when you mean "grilling" is a misnomer. But a common one.
