After all my notes on this, I just don't think you understand this topic. Manning checkpoints does not bring security to iraq.

Never said it does. It does, however, require a body. If its a coalition body, and you replace it with an Iraqi body, then one coalition body can theoretically go home and the security infrastructure of the country (however strong or weak it may be) will be unchanged.

What's not to understand about that?
