Last time I checked DELL was #1 or #2 in computers.

BTW, I am typing this on a Dell(and my work computer is a Dell).

last year dell ended the year as #1 in pc market share with 18.5%. H-P was second with 15%.

regarding apple's intel systems, I believe they are using the core-duo which is available to other notebook makers. But they may have an apple-only chipset.
