These guys are guilty as sin, and should be nailed. If I was President of Duke, I would make each and every one come forward or expel them from the University. There is absolutely no reason NOT to be cooperating with authorities. If none cooperate after being asked to, I would expel the entire team, even if they did not actually take part in the rape. There is absolutely no excuse for so little information coming out so long after the attack. ***************************** According to the warrant, the alleged victim told police she believes the players used false names and falsely claimed to be members of Duke's baseball and track teams. A team captain and resident of the house where the party took place told police he used an alias when hiring the dancers at the party, the warrant states.
