Where do you get your information? The list included everyone working at the WH who needed such permanent badges, including the staff, kitchen workers, ushers, grounds maintenance people, etc. It included a few prominent Republicans, ones that might benefit from a permanent badge because of their frequent need to visit the WH in conjunction with work on various committees.
