<As I watch, I can't help but think that these truly are the best days of our lives.>

When I think of those days, it makes me smile. Our famous double play for you......a pop up goes to our second baseman...the opponents have a man on first...the ball hits the second baseman's helmet and bounces high in the air...my son (first baseman)who also had been running towards the fly ball runs over towards second and the ball lands in his glove off the second baseman's helmet...all parents commence a frenzy of yelling instructions to the infielders and baserunner (hilarious at this point) the kid on first starts to run towards my son (who is holding the fly ball)...they crash into each other...my son just held his glove (with the ball inside) to protect himself from the bigger kid....both go crashing to the ground in a pile of dust...the ump runs out and calls him out.... for the double play.

It was a spectacular moment...the one and only double play for the Concord Angels. Parents from both teams cheering and laughing.

Those were fun days.
