Makes no sense, does it? They don't even know the meaning of basic words. Something does not smell right here, IMO.

This was from the release that began the meteoric rise:

"The propriety, patented processing technology Nova will employ to produce biodiesel gives the company a significant competitive advantage compared to biodiesel industry standards."

Correct word is "proprietary." Pretty humorous.

I remain,

Ken; NVAO.OB interesting read on their financials.

25% 0f their shares owned by 5 people, most of whom got their shares late last year for .10 or less. a lot got in at .05. Now they are giving themselves a 50% dividend, on the premise that they are increasing liquidity, and improving exposure to the investing public. All this on the expectation of biodiesel ptoduction from plants that have not even been built, never mind producing. Talk about a 70 bagger going to a 105 bagger. What a gesture of philanthropy to the investing public. What would really impress me would be if major holders agreed to take their dividends and donate them back into the company to build the facilities to produce their product. LOL. 2 M committed so far by Scott petroleum will not begin to break ground. When will they announce thir new issuance of shares to pay for all of this construction. They have no money.
