I have had this happen many times too but mostly on FADG and with the left. Folks who have their minds made up are not open to solutions that suggest that the plan they still support doesnt work. KLP says she aint waiting for flowers just some reporting of good news. I say other than engagements, weddings, & births there aint much good news to be had in the four provinces that are being contested.

Positive well thought out suggestions are so rare as to be non-existent from the left.

I like the idea of moving the UN to Jerusalem. Maybe the world would take more interest in resolving the problems there. As for partitioning Iraq, I think that would be a can of worms.
