You make a good point. But Bush's leaking left out his knowledge of the one-page summary that showed the departments of State and Energy disagreeing with the "portions" of the NIE that Bush was leaking. This amounts to unadulterated, pure and simple, political propaganda and an abuse of power. Worse than that, it amounts to many a Gold Star Mothers' woe!!!
