Boy, kumar...You are preaching to the choir here....it was as if they wanted it to fail.... I think Bush's plan seemed sensible, and I don't think he had breakdowns for the number of years the ILLEGALS had lived here ILLEGALLY. Maybe they could put a section that said the first people to register, and who want eventually to become citizens, could be listed on a first listed, first served arrangement. To be on the lists behind the people who are already LEGALLY in the pipeline however.
