"I hadn't heard of him before but I just did a search and it says he co-wrote it with Jarvis." Look up "Laffer Curve" and "Trickle-down Economics". It was the darling of the Reagan administration. I am sure. You know....the more research I do the more I find that our present day problems can be traced back to the Reagan administration. I think this guy who people cream over was the start of the mess in which we currently sit. Everything from Saddam/Iran to education to Rumsfeld and Cheney to mental health have their roots in that administration. Did he have Alzheimers from the get go and were Cheney/Rumsfeld ruling even back then? It sure looks that way and that we now are experiencing a bad case of deja vu.
