No, it's not possible.

The pseudo "truth" that you and other anti-Americans are being spoon fed by your sewer rat media is revisionist drivel. The generals who are pumping the media like a hand organ are bitter because they hitched their stars to a Bill Clinton who disgraced the nation, and got them branded as unreliable.

The Leninist revisionism about Iraq is so similar to the Leninist back-stabbing revisionism about Vietnam that it could be a photocopy of that 33-year-old drivel.

CYBERKEN doesn't think the domestic enemy will defeat America like they did in the 70's (led by people like John Kerry.) But it remains POSSIBLE, if the conservatives keep reeling toward the cliff with their obsession about "keepin them STANKIN MEXKINS outa "our" land cause they "broke the law".

It is such a lack of perspective that defeats great societies, and the winner is usually the seeds of those societies' destruction: their DOMESTIC enemies...

Anything is POSSIBLE but if these generals had a complaint the time to complain was BEFORE the action not years afterwards. I am old enough to remember how rankled the Navy Admirals got when it was PROVEN the old Battleships were a thing of the past and aircraft carriers and planes were the true FORCE on the seas over 18" guns.
Rumsfield is trying to build a new Army, just as tough as ever but with less of the BAGGAGE and far faster. Personally, I think he was ABSOLUTELY RIGHT and PROVEN SO on the War with Iraq and Afghanistan, what he missed and possibly we all would have missed was that the PEOPLE of Iraq wouldnt STAND UP AS ONE and eliminate the GOONS, TERRORISTS and FOREIGN invaders of their country. We had EVERY REASON to believe that wouldnt happen, but it did. So goes war, always a surprise here and there. anyone remember the BATTLE OF THE BULGE? That was a surprise too. Our intelligence said the germans didnt have THE TANKS, THE FUEL or the MANPOWER to mount an attack through a THICK FOREST. If you all think war is always going to go smooth and OUR WAY I got some swamp land for sale. jdn
