a reverse split, with rare exceptions (eg spru to sprl) is typically disaster is pinkie land unless real value is added.

IMO - VWKM has PR'd that there will be no reverse split at least a couple of times. If they stop diluting and dumping, there could be an increase in share price from its place in the cellar now .0000? x .0001.

If on the other hand, they r/s, and then say "we meant we aren't r/s today," while they were diluting and dumping, may be construed as an attempt to screw current shareholders and could IMO be violative of certain anti-manipulation provisions in the SEC acts and regs thereunder such as reg sec 10b-5. Of course, that doesn't mean they don't get away with it as SEC resources are slim and shareholders have short memories once they lose their money. However, each r/s gives birth to new "bashers" and one day the company may realize that further screwing shareholders will hurt their attempts at making money in the market.

Just my opinion.

They issue shares from their treasury like mad.

Why?

All I want is a straight answer.

If there is one.

I get the definite impression they are deliberately trying to run the company into oblivion with this share issuing binge - and they certainly are accomplishing it, if so.

Why?!

I don't see any support or following for their broadcasting scheme, and think they will probably fall back into peddling their 'time shares' or something over the long haul.

No position.

John :-)
